What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is $200. We do not process orders below this amount.

How much is the shipping cost to my country?

Shipping costs vary based on destination, weight, size, and order value. Typical shipping charges range between $25 to $50, but may be higher for large orders or certain destinations.

The final shipping and insurance cost is determined after your order is packed and processed. You’ll see an estimated shipping cost at checkout before placing your final order.

  • Estimated shipping charges will appear based on your shipping address

Do you offer free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping. Charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship exclusively via DHL and FedEx for all domestic and international orders.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, we currently do not support shipping to that location.

Who pays for import duties or customs charges?

All import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

To avoid issues, please provide accurate business information. If you have a DHL or FedEx account, let us know at the time of ordering.

Is a signature required upon delivery?
  • Orders $500+: Require a Direct Signature
  • Orders $2000+: Require an Adult Signature with a valid ID

If you’d prefer No Signature Required delivery, you can request it in the Order Comments section at checkout.

Important: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages delivered without a signature. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Saturday delivery is available for selected locations at an additional fee.

What if my package is delayed or missing?

Once your package is handed to DHL or FedEx, we are not responsible for delays. For issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
