Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns, but only in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items received. All returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags intact.

What is your return window?

You must contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return. Returned items must reach us within 30 days of the purchase date.


How do I initiate a return?

Contact us at sales@925wholesaleshop.com with the following details:

  • Your Order Number
  • The Product Code(s) of the item(s) you want to return
  • A short description of the issue (attach photos if applicable)

Our team will respond to your inquiry within 24–48 business hours.


What are the conditions for a successful return?

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags and labels intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice
How does your refund process work?

We do not offer cash refunds. After the returned product passes quality inspection, we will issue:

  • A store credit coupon or
  • Credit points for use on your next purchase
Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

What happens to my volume discount if I return part of the order?

If you return part of your order and it changes the total order value:

Are product photos on the website accurate?

We do our best to represent our jewelry accurately. However, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to lighting and screen settings. These do not qualify as defects.
